Shipping within the United States: We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. All orders are shipped F.O.B from our warehouse in either Denver, CO or Los Angeles, CA. YOCISCO wants to provide our retailers with the most reliable and economical shipping options. We work with USPS & FedEx. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped USPS Ground. The customers are responsible for all freight charges, insurance and C.O.D. fees.
International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally. There are a few options to do so depending on the size of your order. We can ship USPS International, FedEx International or we can use a freight forwarder. YOCISCO is not responsible for customs on international shipments. Please call your Account Manager for detailed information.
Defective Policy: Products with defects must be reported within 15 days from receipt. Contact your Account Manager regarding a replacement and/or return. All returns require a return authorization number. Refused/Returned order: Refused or returned orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added.
Back Order Policy: The website doesn’t allow back-orders, but you may add out of stock items to your wish list and when and if the item is restocked you will be notified via email.
Damaged/Shortages: All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All damaged goods or shortage must be reported to YOCISCO within 5 business days from the receipt of goods. If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. We recommend that you take pictures to help document the damages as well as save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately once you have had the driver note a problem. No discontinued items will receive credit. Contact your Account Manager with the reference number assigned by the carrier and we will process the claim for you.
