We assume no liability for customers’ not following specified details and instruction, in regards to use and care instructions of products and submitting order(s) for the wrong color and or design.
Refunds on YOCISCO orders cannot be issued without a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). Please ship your product order back to us via traceable USPS method to ensure proper crediting. Upon receipt of the items, we will issue a full product price refund. For refunds please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Shipping is done via USPS
We will replace garments within 180 days of purchase if it has been damaged by faulty fabric, stitching or manufacturing.
Please contact us regarding returning your garment as soon as possible so we can assess its condition and send you a replacement. Wear and tear are common on items after six months of use.
